Race Terms and conditions
NAIR Championship Registration Requirements
To participate in NAIR events, all participants must meet the following requirements:

Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 17 years old.

Academic Eligibility: All team members must be enrolled at their respective post-secondary institution during the semester of competition and remain in good academic standing.

Faculty Endorsement: Participants must provide contact information for a faculty member at their institution who supports their participation.

iRacing Requirements: Participants must have an active, up-to-date iRacing account and own all required cars and tracks. NAIR will not provide these.

Media Release: All participants must complete a media release form. Those wishing to appear on social media or live broadcasts must provide a suitable photo (guidelines provided) and/or have a webcam available. Contact a Discord administrator with any questions.

Discord Registration: Participants must provide their Discord username during registration so they can be assigned the appropriate competition role. Join the NAIR Discord. For assistance, contact admin@nairacing.com.

Official Communications: All event-related announcements and communications will take place exclusively through the NAIR Discord.

Racing Regulations: All students agree to follow the race regulations.

Registration Deadline: The last day to register for the race is November 11, 2026, at 7PM ET. The ability to participate in the race for those who register after can not be guaranteed.
